- Assess current staff and suitability to the organisation's way forward

- Recruit new employees including:  

• ad creation to attract the highest level of candidates
• placement online within job seeker websites
• receive and process ad responses
• telephone interviewing
• first face-to-face interview 
• short list to client
• reference checking
